Mission

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various BMS projects of varying sizes and configurations. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope of workand leaving a satisfied client. The Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- monitor, review, and report on the progress/completion, delays, and variations in projects

- anticipate issues that may cause delays or impact client relations

- ensure installation, deliveries,testing and commissioning activities, training activities are planned and communicated with results being documented and issued in a timely manner using the correct documents and processes

- attend client meetings and distribute minutes

- effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information internally and to the client

- prepare project organization and communication charts

- maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log

- use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

- coordinate efficientlyinternally with:on-site supervisors, technical department, energy managers, BMS technicians, project admin department, purchase & finance department

- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude

Qualifications

- Speaks English fluently

- Engineering or Project/Construction Management Degree

- Experience in Project Management, supporting Project Managers or in Project Coordination

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (proficiency in MS Project is a plus)

- 5-year Experience as PM or related experience (Demonstrable experience in producing and managing a programme of works)

- Excellent written communication skills

- Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines

- Speaks English fluently

- At least 5 years of working experience as project manager
