职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Implement project management according to the product development process (PEP+) of BOS.
按BOS项目管理程序PEP+实施项目管理。
2. Establish the project master plan and supervise the implementation.
制定项目时间计划并监控实施。
3. Be responsible for establish the development budget and track investment plan for projects.
Keep every project in the approved project development budget and trace accordingly.
负责制定及跟踪整个项目的预算和投资计划。
4. Ensure the product concept design according to the BOS standard (incl technical controlling release).
Manage to validate the concepts and products design by means of prototype and testing.
产品设计符合BOS企业标准并组织样品试验来验证设计。
5. Responsible for ensuring that the development team is working with the most up-to-date and pertinent engineering drawings, databases and parts list.
负责确保开发团队在最及时更新有关的工程图纸,数据库及部件清单。
6. Coordinate the Manufacturing Resource Plan including specification, capital equipment, tooling, gauging and support the procurement for new launches with launch manager accordingly.
与投放经理协调项目发起所需规范, 设备, 工装, 量具及人员的准备计划，以及支持相关的生产准备工作。
7. Coordinate of quality documentation and work instruction for new equipment and tooling.
 协助编制新设备和模具的质量文件及作业指导书。
8. Coordinate of quality documentation in the area of D/ P FMEA, Control plan and ISPO+ task.
协助编制D/P FMEA, 控制计划和ISPO+ 任务等质量文件。
9. Manage and or conducts the meetings with customer, with respect to design, project general reviews, quality review and etc.
参加及或引导与客户会议, 如关于设计/启动评审等。
10. Manage and submit the relevant ISIR/PPAP documents including prototype, OTS and pilot samples and report to the customers per the commitment.
11.按客户要求提交相关的ISIR/PPAP文件及各阶段的样品报告提交， 包括Prototype, OTS和 pilot阶段。
Be responsible to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and APQP audit.
负责安排和准备客户的拜访及APQP审核。
12. Manage and submit the regular project review reporting according to the TraDA Mission.
Just in time realization of the phase/gate approvals with the Management by well prepared documents.
按照TraDA定期提交项目评审报告，及时组织与高级管理层的项目阶段评审会议。
13. Assists the quotations for the new Project and the carried-on engineering changes in running project..
协助新项目的报价及开发项目中工程更改的报价进程。
14. Search for the additional cost reduction potential in general and process cost reduction.
潜在的产品以及生产过程降成本管理。
15. Reporting to Management any perceived deficiencies in the project development before failure to achieve a target is realized.
向管理层报告任何项目启动中可能导致目标无法实现的感知缺陷。
16. Supervise and assist the project sub-supplier’s development and control.
监督及协助项目分供方的开发与控制。
17. Safe launch activity of every project as preventive action by ensuring the customer requirement and Handling customer’s complaints in charged projects.
18.支持生产早期遏制和客户投诉，确保产品符合客户的各方面规范。
19. Any other works assigned by supervisors.

Requirement 要求
1. Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant.
机械工程、汽车工程以及相关专业本科以上学历。
2.3 years minimum Project management experience and 3 years minimum design & development experience in automotive industry.
3年以上汽车行业项目管理经验和3年以上机加工经验。
3. Knowledge of TS16949 & QS9000 & VDA 6.0 project management required by OEMs.
熟悉TS16949 & QS9000 & VDA 6.0, 项目管理流程。
4. Knowledge of GD&T, , VAVE, DOE, D/P-FMEA, Control Plans, etc
熟悉GD&T, , VAVE, DOE, D/P-FMEA, Control Plans, etc。
5. Skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure.
具有按照项目流程进行良好以及及时的项目计划、协调和组织能力。
6. Basic using skill of one CAD software of Catia V5 or UG
具有一种CAD 软件基本使用技能，CATIA V5或UG。
