职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责配合部门收集与核实房屋的报销款项；
2、负责收集整理部门的所有文件档案；
3、负责记录整理部门的会议记录；
4、负责每月编排部门人员的排班表并上报HR部；
5、负责配合部门经理做好客服专员的日常出勤管理工作；
6、负责每月统计部门人员的出勤并上报HR部；
7、负责部门人员的行政办公等后勤支持工作；
8、负责协助部门经理处理一切日常事务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限，性别不限，可转正；
2、有中介、房地产相关行业经验者优先；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，整理和建档能力强；
4、具备良好服务意识和抗压能力, 良好的沟通能力。
5、英语口语熟练；
