This position will compensate the chosen candidate at competitive local Shanghai market wage rate, and benefits will be administered based on local Shanghai benefit practices.

Human Resources and Admin Manager
 
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR business partner that will provide HR support to his/her client leaders and employees. Key responsibilities include:
? Utilize HR processes and best practices to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
? Develop strong working relationships with leadership and employees and deliver timely and effective human resources services and solutions.
? Effectively manage and execute on key HR processes and initiatives including talent acquisition, learning and development, retention, leadership development reviews and succession planning, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and compensation practices and policies, including the monthly payroll file.
? Develop and implement initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
? Provide effective employee relations guidance and counsel to leadership and employees.
? Effectively use and leverage continuous improvement (ACE) tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
? Coordinate and deploy training programs, manage the UTC Employee Scholar Program.
? Ensure UTRC's compliance with all employment regulations set forth by local and federal law and manage labor contracts.
? Develop a strong working relationship as a Liaison with the HR Management Team in the US.
? Manage the office operations and supervise administrative staff.

Qualifications Required:
? Bachelor or MA in Human Resources, Law or related discipline.
? Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resources; at least 2 years in a managerial position.
? Previous experience in a foreign invested company is a plus.
? Strong communicator, fluent in English, both verbal and written.
? Demonstrated leadership skills.
? Good team player.
? Knowledge of local and national labor laws.
