公司产品包装设计

- Based on sourcing or sale’s requirements for retail packaging, complete the artwork design on time, and printed in accordance with Ace Brand Packaging Guidelines.

- Co-ordinate with vendors to make sure they are aware of Ace Brand Packaging Guidelines design details.

- Review packaging samples by vendors.

- Serve as liaison for trafficking packaging updates to Ace Brand Team and RRD for domestic approval

- Liaison with external printing company to prepare necessary artwork for output.

- Assist in communications between vendor, printer, Ace Brand Team and RRD

- Attend press checks to ensure print jobs are proceeding correctly

- Coordinate with Ace’s Bar Code Team to ensure that Bar Codes comply with laws and regulations

- Create and share status reports as needed

- Be responsible for taking images for product advertisement.

- Ensure the work is delivered within the allocated budget , timeframe and requested quality.

- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

- Has knowledge of printing procedure, printing materials and related typography, i.e. digital/film proofing, packaging mock up and etc.

- Good team work among different departments. Strong communication skills, able to fully understand internal requestors’ needs and able to communicate his own thoughts with internal requestors ie. Sourcing, Sales.

- With a Marketing mindset, able to understand our external clients, be clear how they will interpret the information carried in the designed materials and able to make effective designing work.

- Be able to plan ahead and calm under deadline pressure independently.

- Good impression of space, structure and color

- Photography fundamental knowledge and skills

- At least 2 years of graphic design experience in retail or production packaging.

- Language skills: CET 4 or above

- Education: College degree or above

- Computer Skills: Strong capability in applying and using design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.

- Travel Requirements: rare
