Worrell - Design for Healthcare
Every day, our experienced Research, Design and Development teams support the world’s leading medical and healthcare product manufacturers in their efforts to provide product and service solutions that enable happier, healthier and more productive lives.

At Worrell, researchers start by seeking real, user insights – the qualitative kind of data that require thoughtful observation and probing through in-depth immersion. By combining ethnographic research methods with design and visualization tools, we shed light on unmet needs (often unspoken) and translate them into strategic insights and opportunities.

Position
Clinical Manager
Report to Research Director

Job Description
? Work with and support Worrell research project teams across various medical fields by actively participating in:
o Hospital / clinician recruiting for project participation
o Surgical observation and documentation in the OR
o In-depth interviews with health care professionals
o Physician shadowing
? Provide clinical training/coaching to Worrell team members by sharing surgical knowledge, common practice, evaluating design concepts, etc…
? Support the research and design director by participating in customer meetings, healthcare innovation conferences, speaking engagements, etc…
? Assist to develop China healthcare professional KOL network
? Moderate and/or host events/workshops

Primary Requirements
? Master Degree+ of Clinical Medicine/Life Science major
? 3+ years of major surgical department experience in Class IIIA or IIA hospital (GS, GI, OBGYN, Thoracic, Hepatic, Neuro, Orthopedics, etc…)
? Overseas education, advanced study or intern experience is preferred
? Good verbal and written English ability
