职位描述：
1. 7,000 to 9,000 per month.
2. This person should have:
a. Experience in construction project management – 5 to 10 years.
b. Experience using scheduling software.
c. Familiar with all aspects of residential construction – prefer experience working in modular.
d. Experience with Canadian or USA electrical, plumbing and building codes would be a plus.
e. Welding inspection license and/or experience a plus.
f. English speaking, reading and writing – at least at a basic level.
g. Job based in Zhangjiagang 70 -80%. Shanghai office as needed – approximately 20 %.

3. Responsibilities:
a. Working with construction/decoration supplier during all phases of production.
b. Scheduling labor of all sub-contractors.
c. Overseeing factory production during all stages of decoration.
d. In process inspection during all stages of decoration.
e. Inspection of all completed work.
f. Signing of construction check lists.
g. Review of all drawings prior to project start.
h. Material take offs for all materials needed prior to project start.
i. Reporting delays to senior management.
j. Reporting any design changes required.
k. Recording and reporting all inspection results.
l. Inspection and testing of incoming materials as required to confirm usability.
m. Witnessing and confirming all gas, DWV, water and electrical testing.

任职要求：
a.有5-10年建筑行业经验，熟悉房屋建造中的各个环节，有模块房项目经验优先
b.熟悉加拿大和美国水管、电气和房屋建造规范优先
c.有焊接经验或相关经验优先
d.英语能简单的听、说、读，需要可以与外籍同事英文基本交流
e.熟悉办公软件，日程安排软件
f. 工作地点在张家港工厂 70%-80%（在工厂公司免费提供午餐），在上海办公室20%-30%，根据项目进行情况而定

工作职责：
a.项目开始前反复查看图纸，列出所需材料清单
b.在项目中的各个阶段与生产、装修供应商合作
c.安排工人日常工作
d.项目进行中对生产、装修过程以及所有产品所有工作进行检查监督
e.对采购的产品评估测试是否可用、方案是否可行
d.检测水电气以及DWV系统
e.向上级汇报工作进度，若设计有变动及时汇报，将汇报记录下来
f. 配合其他部门工作，完成上级交代的其他任务。 举报 分享
