岗位职责：
1、负责SEM及其他线上投放；
2、制定网站年度、季度、月度在线推广策略与计划，与编辑，产品、技术等部门协同，保证质量完成推广工作；
3、按阶段汇报优化营销成果和优化成果，提交数据报告，不断进行优化，提高推广渠道及推广方式的有效性、质量；监控网站关键字，监控和研究竞争对手网站相关做法，并制定相关策略和优化方案；
4、对常用的网络推广、网络营销手法和工具比较熟悉，搜索引擎营销、网站联盟、网络广告投放等；
5、关注行业相关信息，不断拓展各种新的有效营销方式提高网站访问量、留言量；
6、负责sem团队的管理。

任职资格：
1、电子商务及相关专业，3年以上同岗位工作经验，有相关行业经验者优先；
2、熟悉百度竞价、360竞价、搜狗、Google AdWords后台；
3、能系统性地测试、分析和优化广告投放，包括选择广告内容；
4、良好的沟通能力、强烈的责任心、创新意识和学习能力，具有团队合作精神。
