职位描述：
The incumbent reports to Product Supply China Site Leader based in Shanghai Office.
The person is responsible for maximizing’s supply chain performance by optimizing the value,
effectiveness, and efficiency of acquiring and consuming materials and services. The main
challenges are:
1. Take the lead in managing the relationship of the assigned suppliers
2. Work with cross functional teams to recommend suppliers for assigned projects.
3. Continues to gain a working knowledge of applicable corporate policies and procedures, as
well as related governmental laws and regulations.
4. Develop a working knowledge of supply chain concepts, project management skills,
commodity management expertise; supplier relationship management: participate in supply
china efforts whenever possible.
5. Manage assigned projects.
6. Assist in formulating and managing supplier performance objectives and KPIs
7. Advise business units of pertinent information regarding price, strategy and availability

Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations
1. Manage the sourcing of assigned projects/materials to ensure company requirements
are obtained in an efficient and effective manner which meets the business needs of the
company with lowest cost in use and with the specified quality, delivery and service
2. Provide project support as assigned for Global Sourcing projects.
3. Manage our vendor network for assigned projects/commodities to provide sufficient
materials and services to meet our highest short-range requirements, protect against temporary supply interruptions and provide for our long-range growth needs.
4. Recommend/implement purchasing methods which reduce purchasing costs and take the
best advantage of existing pricing and allocation agreements to provide the best value to
the company.
5. Participate in supplier relationship management, objective and KPI setting and provide
vendors with feedback regarding their performance.
6. Be apprised of the market conditions for goods and services sourced and initiate actions
necessary to ensure continued availability at competitive cost.
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable function and corporate policies and
procedures, as well as related governmental laws and regulations to ensure purchasing
activities are conducted within the parameters of each.
8. Develop relationships with internal customers and all suppliers that reinforce the
partnership aspects inherent in the Corporate S&SM Philosophy and Objectives.
9. Develop and implement personal objectives and strategies that are consistent with
department objectives.
10. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of
their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team
contributions to achieve desired business results.
11. Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates and others who have need to know. Be
informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely,
yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive.

Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required
At least holds Bachelor’s degree, Minimal 4 years of relevant experience of Sourcing and
Supply Chain in Medical Device Industry. Technical knowledge and operations experience will
