? Bachelor degree in accounting with at least 4 years post qualification experience.
? Overseas working/study experience is preferred
? Experience with a software development or outsourced services company a positive
? Ability to work under pressure
? Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
? Strong interpersonal skills

工作内容：

? Develop a range of reports to pro actively monitor the financial results of the FMR Dalian to support the management team in making effective decisions in a timely manner. This will include preparing feeding into various formal financial review exercises from time to time throughout the year.
? Perform an active role in the strategic and tactical business planning processes for FMR Dalian. This will include assisting and coordinating the annual budget process and monthly rolling estimate process.
? Analyze and interpret financial related data at the appropriate level for the Senior Leadership Team of FMR Dalian through both formal regular reports and informal communications.
? Perform monthly billing and maintain FMR Dalian business billing model.
? Direct and enhance the management accounting process, ensuring consistent and appropriate policies, procedures and systems are in place.
? Provide financial analysis for projects including business expansion activities.
