职位描述：

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1、Assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.

2、Plan and manage all program deliverables related to assigned programs.
3、Responsible for the execution of the product eealization Process(PRP) for individual development programs in china.

4、Predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.

5、Maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's（Project Control Form).

6、Foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success.

7、Primary customer contact-communicate project status and coordination of open issues.

8、Generate team commitment and ensure APQP andsimultaneous engineering principles are followed.

9、Execute LRR(Launch Readiness Review)process in cooperation with Operations management as programs transition to launch phase and start of production.
10、Follow and continuously improve program management system,contract review and APQP processes.

Qualification:

1、Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents.

2、Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator,facilitator and problem solver in front of customers.

3、Provide effective oral and written reports to department head,customers and suppliers.

4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5、Experience with creation and maintenance of program planning in Microsoft Project format.

6、Skill in resource planning and leveling.

7、Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP.

8、Understanding TS 16949 requirements.

9、Experience with managing meetings through a working agenda,publish minutes and action plans.

10、Computer skill in Excel/Word/Project/Windows/Windows/Outlook

Inalfa China is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, and has wholly-owned companies in Jiading, Yantai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing and Changchun. Inalfa group has set up a technology development center in China, leading the technological innovation of skylight in South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia, and is making great contributions to the automotive industry by providing products with excellent quality and performance.

Inalfa Shanghai factory is located in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Since 2015, it has won the gold medal of advanced manufacturing industry in Jiading District and Jiading Industrial Zone for many years. At present, Shanghai factory has 8 mature independent skylight assembly lines and 4 glass edging lines. At present, the factory has a total number of 500 people. By 2020, the sales volume has reached 2.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the annual production capacity is 700000 skylights. On average, one skylight can be delivered offline to customers every two minutes. Our main customers include Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Geely, Jaguar Land Rover and other mainstream car companies. The second phase plant of Shanghai factory will be put into construction in 2022.
