职位描述：
负责产品的各个环节，从研发到设计生产，安装指导等。
2017年3月起，实习期约3~6个月。
主要技能：
- 熟悉CAD 2D和3D软件， 特别是SolidWorks 和AutoCad softwares
- 熟悉机械图纸
- 熟悉钢材和钢板加工工艺（切割，折弯，雕刻）
- 熟悉塑料模具和注塑工艺
- 熟悉非铁合金（锌合金）和其压铸加工流程。
- 熟悉产品表面处理知识
- 熟悉电镀处理知识

- 熟悉办公软件，能够搜索信息
- 具有很强的交流，展示和谈判技巧
- 能够独立工作，有很强的自我约束力
- 能够解决工作中的冲突和问题
- 能够建立和增加工作中的合作关系
- 能够和工人一起开常规例会，注重工作效果和团队合作精神
- 能够和生产部门，分包商，供应商，客户一起讨论和解决问题
- 具有良好综合能力，能够知道工作的重点
- 性格开朗，工作积极主动
- 值得信任，适应能力强，能够合理的调整自己的时间，工作需要时可出差。
- 机械制造专业最好，或相关工作经验3年以上，或有机械加工方面培训经历，或有良好成绩和相关经验。
- 有驾驶证
Work on all stages of the product, from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning.
3/6 months from March 2017。
FUNCTIONS:
- Knowledge of Cad 2D and 3D software, in particularSolidWorks andAutoCadsoftwares
- Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing
- Knowledge of Steel Sheets and Metal sheets forming (cutting, bending, deep drawing, marking)
- Knowledge of Plastic mould, injection molding knowledge
- Knowledge of non-ferrous alloys (zama) and their die casting molding process
- Knowledge of Surface finishing process
- Knowledge of Galvanic treatment
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Office package and the main informatics tools knowledge
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a self-managed way
- Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving
- Exceptional ability to bridge and enhance cooperative working relationships
- Holds regular meeting with Technical staff.Focus on results and Teamwork ability.
- discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Open-minded mentality, Initiative and Proactivity
- Reliability and availability, at a personal level, to flexible schedule and possible travel
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineer is preferred; or a minimum of 3 years of related experience or training in Mechanical manufacturing Sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
