工作职责:

1. 创建俱乐部具有吸引力的会籍产品及价格策略。

2. 与同行业的销售市场部联系，确保运用一致的市场信息，使交叉销售的机会***化。

3. 定期编写竞争分析报告。

4. 创建并制作会籍市场宣传手册。

5. 主动寻求机会，为会员提供更多或更高品质的会籍权益。

6. 定期创建会刊。

7. 管理会籍复会程序。

8. 定期向会员及意向会员宣传俱乐部信息。

9. 保持关于意向会员的精确的会籍信息记录。

10.定期进行会籍满意度调查，并整理结果并提交给总经理。

11.与俱乐部管理层默契合作，维护俱乐部和会员之间的关系。

12.与会员、嘉宾建立友好信任的关系。

13.整理会籍部的详细使用数据信息。

14.确保促销活动能够达到良好地宣传会籍的目的。

15.代表俱乐部参加各种与酒店和会所相关的会议、展会。

16.与国际学校、商会建立积极的联系，发展会员。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 至少拥有5年的工作经历服务高端客户，或是在奢侈品、公关公司、广告行业有工作经验，有酒店、高端俱乐部工作经验者优先考虑。

3. 有海外留学工作背景者优先考虑。

Principal Duties:

1. Achieve membership sales target set by the management

2. Liaise with sales and marketing departments for other elements of the resort to ensure a consistent marketing message is used and that all amenities maximize cross marketing opportunities

3. Compile regular competitor analysis reports.

4. Implement membership sales procedures and practices to ensure the process is conducted professionally.

5. Proactively look for opportunities to generate membership sales leads.

6. Proactively look for opportunities to offer members increased or better quality membership benefits.

7. Create a regular member newsletter.

8. Manage the membership renewal process.

9. Regularly disseminate club information to the membership and membership prospects.

10. Maintain accurate and up to date member records and information on membership prospects.

11. Periodically assist Sales and Marketing Director to conduct member satisfaction surveys collating the results and presenting them to the General Manager.

12. To act as a highly visible front of house contact for members and guests to approach should they have enquiries or complaints.

13. To establish friendly and trusting relationships with members and guests.

14. Collate detailed utilization data for the membership department.

15. Ensure that any events or promotions are well promoted to the membership and encourage participation.

16. To attend various hospitality or lifestyle related meetings, exhibitions and conferences and represent the club at external meetings and exhibitions as necessary.

17. Building closely relationship with Chamber of Commerce and International schools to develop memberships.

Work Experience & Education:

1. Graduate qualification.

2. Minimum 5 years experience working in serving HNW clients, with experience in hotel, PR and advertisement company as well, high quality Club experience preferred

3. Candidates with overseas educational and working background are preferable.
