职位描述：
1、全面负责图纸沟通、深化、生产订单制作；
2、负责现场施工协调与客户选材确定；
2、做好公司设计项目实施的组织工作；
3、积极配合客户、完成设计工作；
4、负责对项目进行跟踪和监督、.
5、负责参与或独立完成项目平面规划、方案设计、提案制作、施工图制作与审核.
6、本岗位有竞升机会。
7、有建造师证优先。
8、有店铺设计经验者优先。

任职要求：
1、有商装展示道具制作、停车库、Office方案制作、橱柜衣柜经验者及英文好者具佳；
2、具有国外学习背景或者是外国人优先；
3、从事设计工作3年以上；
4、熟练应用AUTOCAD、3D MAX、PHOTOSHOP、草图大师、EXCEL/WORD等相关软件及相关辅助设计软件；
5、沟通能力强、亲和力强，富有创意及执行力，有责任感、表达能力强能吃苦耐劳；
6、思路清晰，踏实稳重，热爱设计工作，具有良好的团队协作意识。
