职位描述：
? Achieve business target in assigned territory with professional knowledge of products through understanding of customer applications.
熟练掌握产品知识，了解客户对产品使用情况，达成区域内销售目标
? Responsible for handling sales enquiries, establish and maintain continual relationship with key account to build customer loyalty.
处理各种客户询问，与大客户建立并保持稳定持续关系，提高客户忠诚度
? Exploit sales leads, identify sales opportunities and implement customer development plans
寻找销售苗头，确定销售机会，完成客户发展计划
? Develop the new customers and enlarge the market share in his/her dedicated territory.
在指定区域内发展新客户，扩大市场份额
? Builds relationship with key market influencer, i.e., opinion leader, etc
与行业领袖建议关系
? Collect and present market information
收集市场信息并报告
? Manage account receivable
管理应收帐款相关事宜
? Provide forecast of customer demand in assigned territory
提供指定区域的客户需求预测
? Support marketing people to implement marketing activity
支持市场人员执行市场活动

岗位技能要求
Requirements:
? Minimum Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or related background.
生命科学或相关专业本科学历
? At least 2 years sales experience in IVD or Pharmaceutical industries
至少两年体外诊断或制药行业经验
? Solid understanding about Antibody and ImmunoAssay is essential
熟知抗体及免疫检测技术
? IVD R&D lab work experience will be a plus
有体外诊断试剂研发相关经历者优先
? Sales experience about Antibody as Raw Material in IVD segment will be a plus
有体外诊断抗体原料销售经验者优先
? Passion and self motivated, energetic, creative, results oriented, and be able to work under pressure and independently.
