职位要求：
1、 大专以上学历，美术或设计类相关专业；
2、 具有敏锐的观察力、审美能力、及优异的创意设计能力；
3、 有良好的美学修养和创意思维，善于处理艺术与商业设计间的关系,设计感和色彩感强；
4、 有扎实的美学功底；精通photoshop, corelDRAW,Illustrator等设计软件；熟悉indesign,Pagemake,手绘更好!
5、 有较强的平面设计专业水准，具备良好的色彩感，领悟能力、沟通能力、学习能力；
6、 思维灵活有创意，能主动对工作提出富有创意及创造性建议；
7、 善于沟通，反应敏捷，工作细致，性格开朗,学习能力强、良好的团队协作精神。

Digital marketing:
1.    Propose targeted digital marketing scheme that meets customer’s requirements and needs;

4.    Management of project process evaluation, participating in forum on technical design as well as testing and presentation of project;
5.    Problem solving in project process and management of team work;
6.    Summarize and monitor execution of project, communicate with customer service team and customers according to project schedule;
7.    Provide development and maintenance of eDetailing, WeChat, Websites and APP.
