职位描述：
Job Description
1、Search for foreign teachers utilizing all sources available, arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates
2、Maintain and develop sources and channels of recruitment
3、Implement the whole recruiting process including conducting interviews, recording basic information of the candidates, comments input into the database
4、Maintain and update the database, backup and archive the paper files
5、Keep track of the status of foreign teachers and report to the course consultants if any updates.
职位要求：
1、通过不同渠道邀约合适的外教，前来公司面试；
2、维护、开拓有效的外教老师招聘渠道；
3、与新外教沟通、面试、初步确认外教的基本情况；
4、维护并更新外教资源库；外教资料的整理、备份归档；
5、跟踪资料库现在的外教最近动向，及时反馈给课程顾问。

Requirement
1、BS/BA required, English Major preferred
2、Excellent English proficiency with both spoken and written skills
3、Understand cultural differences between the overseas and domestic with a global horizon
4、Able to work under pressure and deal with emergencies with a swift response
5、Previous experience in recruiting foreign teachers is a plus
6、Work or study experience abroad is a plus
7、Newly graduates with strong career sought also welcome.
