工作职责：
1、全面负责招聘项目的具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标；
2、充分分析需求，制定寻访方案，寻找到合适的候选人，并出具人才推荐报告；
3、与客户保持积极、有效的沟通，促使项目顺利进行；
4、及时有效进行客户关怀，维护好客户关系，深入挖掘客户需求。
5、研究行业发展动向，收集行业内人才信息，积累人才资源库；
6、针对目标行业，进行客户拓展工作；
职位要求：
1、本科以上，在人才招聘或相关行业有1年及以上工作经验；
2、亲和力佳，擅长有效沟通，并有优秀的解决各种问题的能力；
3、富有激情，能够在一定的压力下开展工作；
4、独立性强，乐于思考，有耐心，做事不轻言放弃，善于不断寻找新的突破；
5、良好的客户服务意识，专业、高效。
6、快速、持续的学习能力；
7、英文流利，国语标准。
