协调与督导宴会服务、餐饮产品的制定、展示和服务，确保任何时候都达到最高的质量

建立并保持有效的员工关系

监督与协调定价、制定宴会菜单、酒水单

与财务经理协调，确定餐饮的最大和最小库存；

每周召开餐饮会议

保存所有餐饮最新的标准配方

餐饮部实施日常、每周和月度清单；确保正确跟进，最大化质量和效率

通过展会资料和实际拜访了解酒店和餐厅餐饮制作和服务方面的趋势、操作和设备

联系酒店外部个人，包括但不局限于客人、供应商、政府官员、竞争酒店和以及其他当地社区的成员
