职位描述：
Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

Requirement management:

. Analysis of product’s requirements (V&V support)

. Create product specification

· Write specific analysis to validate product’s requirement(s)

· Plan, organize and follow-up test(s) for product’s requirement(s) validation

· Write product’s requirement(s) validation verification report

Design support and control:

· Plan and follow design activities

· Review and analyse engineering design proposal

· Participate to design review

· Control project schedule and resource

· Product design guide management

General:

· Sponsor compliance to product’s requirements in all SAIFEI department and activities related to product development

Design verification

· Write product verification plan and procedure

· Write analysis related to ptoduct verification

· Plan and organize product verification activities, including test tools and product qualification unit manufacturing

· Witness verification test

· Write analysis required by product verification activities, as for example but not limited to, maintainability analysis, safety analysis
· Write Verification/Qualification report, including, as required, related technical analysis

· Organize product assembly review, in collaboration with Manufacturing for Engineering focal

Other:

· Support SAIFEI department(s) for the activities related to product development, for example manufacturing department
Product maintainance and continuous airworthiness support documents writing

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or System Engineering.

· 3 years experience in electrical equipment (and/or system) design or qualification for aerospace industry or automotive

· Writing aerospace (or automotive) equipment (and/or system) specification

· Organisation of aerospace (or automotive) equipment (and/or system) qualification activities (or at least engineering tests) to show compliance to international standard (aerospace and/or industrial standard)

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Good written and oral communication skills
