职位描述：
Scope: The Compliance Manager is the in-house expert on product compliance requirements for hard lines categories, specifically electrical and chemical products imported into countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. He or She leads all aspects of compliance activity including identifying regulations and restrictions, managing the process of obtaining certificates and documentation, estimating project costs, managing a compliance budget, and working cross functionally with merchants, quality, vendors, and sourcing to maintain product compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the regional compliance program
2. Identify countries import regulations and requirements for various hard lines products
3. Utilize best practices to develop compliance related standards, procedures, and controls
4. Manage all aspect of the compliance process to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met
5. Maintain orderly documentation of testing, certifications, audits, etc for import requirements and audits.
6. Monitor product regulatory status and communicate to stakeholders
7. Direct proper labelling and documentation so that products sold within the region are in accordance with local regulatons
8. Liase with third party labs, vendors, retailers, customs brokers as needed to direct compliance efforts, answer questions, and solve problems
9. Manage the compliance budget and be able to provide estimates for compliance related projects and activities
10. Create and improve SOP’s for compliance related operations
11. Support projects as needed

Qualifications
1. 5+ Years of experience in compliance
2. Proven experience with electrical and/or chemical product certifications and compliance regulations desired
3. Strong knowledge of Asia and/or Middle East regional import requirements
4. Must demonstrate excellent cross-cultural communication skills
5. Must show strong project management ability
6. Passion to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
7. Demonstrate careful attention to details and accuracy
