职责:
财务助理：
每周向总公司发送现金周报/每月向德国总部付款/每周安排国内付款
send the Cash Flow weekly to the GM and the HQ
organize the monthly IC payments to HQ
arrange weekly payment
认证/开具增值税发票
verifie and update the Taxes Status and payments of MSC
严格按照公司报销流程认真审核员工报销
Double check employee expense claims and third party payment request to ensure all expense claims have been substantiated by supporting documents and approved according to approval matrix
核对应收应付账
Daily check of account payable and account receivable
每月整理好票据帮助代理记账公司（四大之一）结账
Prepare tax calculation and support tax filing process on a monthly basis. Prepare statistic, other report requested by local tax bureau on a monthly basis
销售：
协助销售人员完成销售计划/准确无误录入仓库的货物库存/协调服务人员与客户的服务计划
manage the sales planning according to the GSM directives
ensure the accurate filing of service information
manage the service technician planning according to the customers requests and the GM directives
办公室的行政支持
Provides administrative support to the office which is helpful in running the office

要求:
会计上岗证/有责任心
Professional Accounting Certificate
英语听说读写熟练
skilled English ability
制作所有MSC财务相关文件归类及可查, 协办MSC财会合伙公司
Prepare all the MSC accounting documents accordingly, also in order to ensure a smooth cooperation with MSC Accounting Partner
整理归纳文档包括公司财务报告, 银行对账单, 银行对帐, 资产折旧值, 年度审计
Prepare, verifies and file all financial reports, Bank Statement and Reconciliation, Depreciation Values of Assets, Annual Audit
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
