职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. 协助制定和实施有效的企业宣传战略和宣传计划；
2. 依据企业宣传战略和宣传计划，领导内部团队和外部供应商一起完成各项宣传工作；
3. 有效的指导和督促公关代理公司的工作；
4. 研究并确定行业倡导和重要的企业宣传机会；
5. 开发和维护专业或相关记者和编辑人脉，草拟和修改相关稿件。

Requirements：

1. 拥有建筑学、新闻学、中国文学、市场营销或公共关系学相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 有3年以上品牌公关工作相关经验，有建筑、外资工作经验优先；
3. 熟知新/社交媒体平台的推广运用，对热门话题具有敏锐度，有题材挖掘能力以及内容策划编辑能力；
4. 良好的写作能力，可以编辑专业文章，有英语写作能力优先；
5. 良好的沟通、表达和协调能力，具备在内部和外部建立良好的工作关系；
6. 自我激励，能够独立工作和同时处理多项工作 举报 分享

    Allied Architects International is a dynamic firm focusing on China’s long-term development. It provides full-range service including architectural design, urban design, and regional planning, etc.

    With the certificate of practice by OAA (Ontario Association of Architects), Canada, AAI consists of local architects and international professionals licensed in North America, Europe and Asia. The multi-background team enables itself to provide creative design works and enhance the force of implementation in collaboration with the local consultants and government departments. Meanwhile, the Senior Management team has near 20 years working and co-operating experience and has completed more than 500 projects, which is the essential to the stable development of the firm. Besides the team of about 100 architects in Shanghai, AAI also has founded Chengdu Branch to expend its business in Southwest China.

    In the Mainland of China, AAI has been involved in the planning projects of more than 6,000 Ha, with construction area of more than 20 million square meters. The project locations spread in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Suzhou, Chongqing, Wuhan, Sanya, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Chengdu, Huhhot, Zhangjiagang and etc.
