ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy.
制定和执行涉及资源，系统，时间表，财务的品质管理策略和计划，以支持，帮助并整合于公司年度的商务计划和长期战略；
2. Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to services offer.
制定和维护相应的制度以建立关于我们提供的服务的标准；
3. Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against ISO17025.
制定和 维护相应的制度以评估违反ISO17025的行为表现；
4. Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to our quality manual and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
在相关领域内，根据我们的质量手册监控行为表现并根据行为表现的等级采取必要的沟通，建议和帮助的行动；
5. Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems.

6. Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.

7. Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
根据已达成的预算和时间表，计划和管理部门的活动；
8. Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards.
报告（内部和外部撰写的）标准的变化以及对应标准应采取的行动；
9. Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies (eg FCC, NVLAP, A2LA, UL and CNAL, etc) Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
与质量管理和标准组织联系和合作（例如FCC, NVLAP, A2LA,UL和CNAL等），依据公司标准管理员工（评定，纪律，培训，晋升等）；
10. Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.

11. Liaise with clients and approval bodies where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
与能引起或者影响质量问题的客户和必要的授权机构联络；
12. Contribute to executive policy and strategy.

13. (If formal director) Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in ... (whatever director policy and standards document you might use).

14. promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;

15. setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;

16. maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues;
保持对公司业务关系和公司利润的了解，包括预算控制情况；
17. assessing approval bodies' and own company's service specifications and customer requirements;

18. working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from out-sourcing suppliers;

Knowledge of EMC, Product Safety and Telecom principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
