职位描述：
Main Responsibility 主要工作职责：
1) Provide efficient sourcing support to HQ production team
2) Keep effective development and production coordination between HQ and suppliers
3) To be actively involved in direct factories sourcing and negotiation, assist HQ in getting the most adequate products and best prices and place seasonal orders for HQ
4) Explore supplier production capacity and keep working with suppliers to ensure high-quality samples.
5) Work together with HQ and be responsible of production follow-up with suppliers.
6) Provide up-to-date information of new suppliers to HQ
7) Provide coaching to new suppliers regarding to production procedure and good delivery timelines
8) Develop production base
9) Follow production orders and provide production status
10) Control the production time schedule
11) Complete all other tasks assign by HQ
12) According to the requirements of Purchase Order , follow up all the related works and coordinate works between all departments within company
Candidates Requirements and background:
要求：
1） Fluent English both writing and speaking
英文流利，口语和书写
2）bachelor degree from University , better is major in International Trade or textile ,clothes
   本科学历，国际贸易、纺织、服装专业为佳
3）At least 3 years relevant working experience of textile/clothes from international trade
   至少3年纺织/服装、外贸的跟单业务经验
4) Business Communication skill and negotiation experience
  商务谈判及沟通技巧
4）Better is knowledge of Russian
