职位描述

Business Line Personal Care Industry offers market expansion services solutions for the personal care industry, with a focus on innovative specialty ingredients for skin, hair, body and oral care applications. For the home care industry we provide raw materials for laundry, cleansing and fabric care applications.
Our Business Line PCI provides a wide variety of specialty ingredients, from actives such as anti-aging, anti-acne, exfoliants, skin lightening and whitening, self-tanning agents, UV protection agents, botanicals and extracts to colorants, liposomes, and delivery systems.


Job Request:
A Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing our sales and presence in Southern China on Personal Care Industry.


Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and develop business in the assigned area;
-Offer the quotation and send samples to customers upon requests;
-Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problems with customers;
-Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales;
-Implement customer service procedures to enhance customer's satisfaction;
-Market conditions to pinpoint new breaks or prospects and possible threats;
-Improve market knowledge and intelligence.
-Visit customers regularly and build up good relationship.


Requirements:
-Bachelor on chemical related major;
-2 years above sales experiences in the same industry, raw material for personal care and related;
-Good interpersonal & communication skills;
-Good command of written English
-Could work under high pressure and willing to travel
