职位描述：
Scope of work:
? Support business development team on proposal creation, requirement collection & analysis
? Lead & manage offshore team to deliver project on time with high quality
? Work in client Tech organization to lead and manage the execution of Tech initiatives
? Management of schedule, cost and quality control of projects
? Ensure projects implementation meet business requirements and expectation
? Coordinate the interface between different parties, business users, vendors
? Supervise projects implementation align with Client direction and strategy
Job specification:
? Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects for client China functions. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams. Work closely with project team members to drive project success.
? Act as project manager/coordinator. Be responsible for project management, to host project meetings, prepare project documents, track project issues and action items.
? Act as IT business consultant to collect, document and analysis any project based business requirements. Ability to translate all business requirement into IT language to reduce any understanding gaps caused by IT solution vendor.
? Effectively communicate with both China business and global project team. Proactively engage with all relevant stakeholders to make sure everyone is targeting the same on each project.
? Understand and assist client China business on any project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions.
Key qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
? >8 years’ working experience in IT or relevant companies.
? >5 years’ experience of Java development projects and capable of Java system design, master J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, can handle system & architecture design independently
? > 5 years’ experience on project management, PMP certificated is plus.
? Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
? Demonstrate good inter-personal skills, good listener and quick learner.
? Rich client facing and management experience
