职位描述：
此岗位隶属于生产部，负责生产部门内部日常技能、管理、文化等方面的培训工作。

1. According to the production department training needs, compile training documents, make training materials, and improve the training process
根据生产部门培训需求，制作培训资料和材料，完善培训流程
2. Develop new operators training plan, track training process ,evaluate effectiveness,feedback to superiors timely, and provide the reasonable suggestions
制定操作工培训计划，跟踪培训进程，并进行考核，及时反馈上级领导，并提出合理化意见
3. Responsible for collecting the training needs of production department to collate,and prepare training programs.
负责收集生产部门内部的培训需求，分析整理，编制合理的培训计划。
4. Collect workshop problems ( such as safety / quality / process ), provide the reasonable suggestions and training scheme, and train production team
收集作业现场问题点（安全/质量/工艺等），提出合理化改进方案，并对操作工团队进行培训
 5. Other tasks assigned by superior

任职要求：
1.College degree or above 大专及以上学历
2.More than 3 years working experience,at least 1 year traing working experience
   3年以上汽车行业生产部工作经历，1年以上技术员或培训员工作经验
3.Good writing skill and deep knowledge of MS Office
   一定的文案写作能力，熟练使用办公软件
4.Passion and responsibility
   对工作认真负责、有热情。
5.Good English reading, listening, and writing, basic English speaking
