Responsibility:
Install and configure MySQL servers, especially 5.0/5.1, including advanced configuration, replication, and high-availability.
Monitor and troubleshoot MySQL servers using various tools.
Maintain a secure DB server using standard and advanced techniques.
Install and manage MySQL services such as backup, replication, recovery,
Manage MySQL performance, via both configuration and networking,including iptables.
Manage MySQL high-availability using replication, LVS, log-shipping, and DRDB.
Use other tools such as MySQL Admin, MySQL Query Analyzer, and MySQL Workbench, plus third party products..
Teach other staff key skills for basic and advanced DB administration
Create and update accurate system documentation.
Accurately track their time for billing.
Always provide excellent professional service to customers.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of in-depth MySQL system administration experience in production environments
Knowledge of MySQL basic concepts, commands, and administration
Knowledge of server security, threats, and management
Experience with the most of the tools and systems listed above in Responsibilities
Experience troubleshooting problems in every server area such as crashes, stability, and performance
Be willing to do overtime job as needed for projects & production systems maintenance requirements
Strong analytical, problem solving, self study, teamwork and user support skills/attitudes are required
Effective spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users, peers and management and provide technical leadership as needed

职位描述：

安装和配置MySQL服务器，特别是RedHat/Centos,包括内核配置，启动和包。
用各种工具监控MySQL服务器及解决其中的问题。
用规范的和先进的技术来安全地维护数据库服务器。
安装及管理 MySQL服务器，例如：备份，复制，恢复
用设置工具和网络工具管理MySQL 服务器的性能，包括 iptables。
通过使用复制，Linux虚拟服务器，日志迁移，磁盘数据库 使mySQL获得高可靠性。
使用其它工具，例如 MySQL Admin， MySQL Query Analyzer ，MySQL Workbench 及第三方产品
教其他员工一些关键的技术及先进的数据管理。
创建并升级准确的系统文件。
准确跟踪记录时间。
总能为客户提供优质的专业服务。


任职资格：
中级，高级至少分别需要2年或2年以上的MySQL生产系统的管理经验。
理解MySQL的基本概念、命令和管理。
理解服务安全和管理。
对上述列出的工作职责有相关管理工具的使用经验。
有排错经验，保证服务器的稳定和性能。
可能由于工程和维护的需求，需要一些加班。
有很强的分析解决问题的能力，自学能力以及团队协作能力。
较好的中英文能力，能和客户良好交流，提供技术支持。
