AR collection specialist JD：
1) Responsible for AR collection on a timely manner
2) Build a AR collection process working with customer support, sales team and finance team to ensure low AR.
3) Work with sales team and end customers on a regular basis to meet AR collection target
4) Liaise with the sales team for the AR collection schedule , identify the AR collection risks or the client issues
5) Prepare AR report on a weekly/ monthly basis
6) Prepare the AR collection action plan according to the AR aging and due date monthly
7) Familiar with SAP system
8) 3 or more years of related office experience in Customer Service / AR collections or Sales support
9) Excellent oral and written communication skills
10) Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to achieve company target
11) A can-do mindset and willingness to travel

工作职责：
一、 应收款管理 A/R Management
1. 每月初整理AR资料，帮助主管完成当月收款目标；
2. 核对客户的日常付款，并及时准确的通知内部相关部门；
3. 与客户、销售、工程技术部门保持密切的日常沟通，保证收款工作顺利进行；
4. 每月定时更新销售人员应收账款明细，并形成报告；
5. 通过邮件等形式向销售团发送应收账款明细表并提醒及付款，并将客户付款情况及时反馈给销售部门及相关部门；
6. 协助维护、更新应收款统计数据及相关报告；
7. 就客户提出的还款方案进行整理汇总，提交相关领导审批；
6. 对终端客户进行必要的电话回访，及时跟踪其还款状况。
二、 追踪管理 Tracking
1. 协助销售人员对欠款客户实施追踪；
2. 定期查询、统计收账进度及金额；
3. 对超期客户出具催款函；
4. AR文档管理（包括合同正本，送货单签收，发票签收，催款函）
三、直线经理安排的其他相关工作
素质要求：
学历： 大专及以上；
专 业： 经济管理，会计，统计 等相关专业；
计算机技能： 熟练掌握Word, Excel等常用软件；
语言程度： 普通话良好，具备基本的英语读写能力；
工作经验： 具备2年以上工作经验 ，有工程机械行业相关经验优先考虑；
其他要求： 责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，易于与人沟通，能承受工作压力。
