1. 具备良好的电路基础知识，能够读懂ECU等控制器的电路图，芯片的datasheet。

2. 具备硬件测试相关经验。

3. 能够快速掌握各种专用测试设备和测试软件的使用方法，熟练使用示波器等仪器。

4. 具备较强的故障分析能力，可有效进行产品、设备的故障分析。

5. 良好的沟通、合作能力。

优先：

1. 具备ECU、TCU、BCM等产品的硬件测试经验。

2. 具备测试设备开发经验、熟悉Labview等软件开发。

3. 具备电气性能测试相关经验，熟悉ISO16750等标准。
