职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• To handle day-to-day shipment and documentation collection, payment arrangement
• Key in shipment information into operation system and timely update the information to customer/internal party
• Coordinate with Customers/shipping line/internal party to adjust the shipping schedule
• Follow up the Customs/CIQ inspection
• Monitor government/regulations applicable to company’s business area of accountability
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Profile:

• College education
• Min. 3 years’ experience in ocean import process.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with and able to work with the company's HESQ policies
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Mandarin is required, English (spoken and written) is preferred
