职位描述：
Basic Role:
1) Coordinates with quality, product engineer and provides support in production line set-up/ arrangement.
2) Provides/ verify and ensures technical and quality criteria and/ or information for production, QA/ QC and PMC are uniform/ compatible to Phoenix requirement.
3) Design and verify designs of jigs/ fixtures and tools use in production are efficient, quality and safety conforming.
4) Establish standard and verify processing material use in production are qualified and safety conforming.
5) Initiate and conducting cost saving and improvement program.
6) Responsible for establishment work instruction, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for production.
7) Leading NPI kick-off meeting.
8) Initiate and coordinate with production management to introduce method in efficiency improvement.
9) Perform costing study and costing of new products, updating current product real cost.
10) New manufacturing technology introduction.

Education/Skill/Experience:
1) Graduate from university with BS majoring in electric engineering, mechanical or related.
2) Good spoken and written English
3) Good knowledge on connector, cable and cable assembly product.
4) Familiar with UL, IPC, JSD and industry standards about connector and cable.
5) More than 2 years work experience in engineering roles. 举报 分享
