职位描述：
Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1、Capacity planning and scheduling 生产计划的规划和调整:
A. Scheduling of the projects, setting of milestones for each department and issuing of the production work sheet根据项目制定计划，以及相关部门的工作工时分配表
B. Definition of work-loads for each production department and entering of the data in the capacity plan 确认每个生产部分的工作量,维护和更新生产计划文档
C. Conferring with the supervisors about the status of each project and editing of the capacity plan based on the feedback from the supervisors and the confirmed times from production. 从生产反馈的相关信系来监督每一步骤的生产执行度以及相关计划的调整，并安排次日的工作计划
D. Preparing decisions for short- and long-term capacity adjustments对短期和长期的生产能力进行调整
2、Optimizing of processes in production including suggestions and investment planning concerning new tools, equipment etc. 在生产过程中根据建议和投产计划，对生产工具、设备进行改进优化
3、Cross department coordination and root cause analysis, take action to project-material irregulation phsically and in system.跨部门沟通和协调,分析和解决项目所发生的问题并采取行动方案,对异常物料(系统异常+实际异常）进行跟踪和解决。
4、Project coordinator together with project engineer to solve and prevent problems on side to ensure proper assembly process.与项目工程师协调互动，解决设备装配现场的各类异常情况。
5、Routine operations function meeting preparation and update, including weekly review, project review. 更新和分析各运营回顾会议的报告，包括周会议，项目会议等。
6、Other tasks assigned by company. 其他公司指派的临时性工作。
Job Requirements岗位要求:
1、Degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering机械工程/制造工程专业大专及以上毕业
2、Professional knowledge of mechanical work and production planning有机械工作和生产计划方面的经验
3、Detailed knowledge in business有较丰富的业务知识
4、Equivalent working experience in an international company of about 2 years. 2年左右外资公司相关工作经验
5、Good English language in written and spoken良好的英语读、说、写能力
6、Ability to communicate and capacity for teamwork良好的团队合作精神
7、Familiar with MS-Office, especially Excel. 数量的办公自动化操作能力，擅长Excel
8、Knowledge of a ERP-system 熟悉ERP系统 举报 分享
