The successful candidate will:
? Helps to establish/improve quality processes and metrics benchmarks.
? Evaluate test coverage, determine appropriate test strategies
? Designs testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements, relative to the test level, as defined in the technical specifications
? Executes tasks related to the production of the test plan, test cases, test scripts, and test data
? Automate the test scripts, execute test cases
? Analyses the results of the testing process and recommends solutions
? Report and track issues, work with product development team to close issue
? Responsible for test environment setup for functional, system, regression testing and problem recreation
? Strive for continuous improvements in testing methodologies and productivity
? Report regularly to the R&D Manager with status updates and progress towards specific test milestones
? Adhere to the company’s test processes and procedures
Qualifications and Skillset
Education:
? Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related technology major
Essential:
? 5+ years previous working experience in software testing
? Thorough knowledge of SQA processes and practices
? Black-box/white-box and automation test experience
? Extensive experience in software quality engineering, validation and verification techniques, testing theory
? Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
? Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SQL Scripts
Desirable:
? Experience with Selenium automation and Continues Integration.
? Familiar with Agile development, good scrum team participation.
Personal qualifications:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Process oriented mind-set
? Organized, proactive, and self-learner
? Team player
? Open to change and innovation
? Energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
