Requirements:
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
- Very good command of written Chinese
- Very responsible since the work entails updating a live website every day
- Willing to study hard to learn a new subject area (steel) and become an expert in it.
- Detail oriented
- Personable and able to communicate with the business world
Job Description:
- Translating from English to Chinese and Chinese to English on a daily basis
- Scanning daily headlines in English and Chinese for stories relevant to our activities
- Editing the stories in Chinese, rewriting the headlines
- Translating/Editing/checking the Chinese translations of the articles
- Updating the website in a timely manner
