COMPANY BACKGROUND:
BOMAG is a world leading large-scale compaction machinery manufacturer, offering compaction equipment for soil, asphalt and landfill, soil stabilizer as well as asphalt cold in-place asphalt recycling machines. BOMAG compaction equipment’s can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir, as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road surface.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintaining the quality management system;
2. Coordinate and implement the quality management system audits (internal & external). Follow up the corrective action and witness;
3. ISO 9001 QMS document management;
4. Monthly quality figure preparing, submit the quality statics report, follow up the corrective action of quality target;
5. Data maintenance in SAP for quality aspect;
6. Establish the calibration plan and implement for all the inspection tool;
7. Assist to do some daily trouble shooting and support for supplier improvement;
8. Department’s other admin. Work;
9. Finish the work arranged by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education Level/ Major: College Degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred;
2. Skill/Experience :>3 years working experience in quality area, experience in machinery manufacturing;
3. Computer skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Good command of both spoken and written English;
5. Strong team work spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (internal & external) ;
6. Hardworking and accountable and quick learner.
