职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、协助研发工程师进行项目开发中的相关测试安排。
2、根据测试要求（静电、高低温、接口性能、软件兼容性等），对产品进行功能，性能，安全等测试。
3、编写完整的测试报告及相关的文档。
4、对测试中发现的问题进行分析和准确定位，并提出解决建议。
5、维护测试环境和测试仪器。
6、项目试产跟进及问题反馈。
7、完成上级领导安排的其它临时性工作。

任职资格：
（1）大专以上学历，工作经验不限。
（2）电子相关专业毕业。
（3）熟练电烙铁的使用，会焊接电路板。
（4）熟悉各类电子元器件的外形、参数及用途。
（5）能看懂简单的电路原理图。
（6）对电路板的软件控制有一定了解。
（7）熟悉各种测试仪器的使用，如万用表、示波器、电子负载仪、LCR数字电桥等。
