职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责仓储中心的日常经营管理，规范并不断完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准，确保收货、包装、发货等流程正常进行；
2、监督管理仓库收料、盘点、发料、包装、发货运输和记账等的日常工作；
3、库存的控制、管理，及时提出改进方法和技巧，提高效率、降低成本，保证仓库最大化的使用率；
4、确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存信息，监督执行盘点工作和结果分析；
5、了解所存物资的质量现状，避免存货超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全；
6、本部员工的工作绩效考评、奖惩及相关业务的指导和培训；
7、公司相关业务部门及承运商的协调和沟通工作。
8、工作地点在浦东临港物流园区

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，物流、仓储、供应链类相关专业；
2、5年以上物流仓储相关领域管理工作经验；
3、熟悉物流仓储业务流程，熟悉相关质量管理体系，具备物流专业知识优先考虑；
4、具有较强的组织能、执行力；具良好的沟通协调能力，熟练使用电脑；
5、有良好的责任感与创新意识，能承受工作压力。
