岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 负责新生产线、新项目的安装调试及维护，制作设备操作指导书、设备保养指导书；
Responsible for new line、project installation and maintenance, responsible for TWI and PM WI’s preparation.
2. 负责生产过程中的设备故障排除，确保生产任务的按时完成，对设备故障与停机进行分析改进，降低设备故障率；
Responsible for machine breakdown problem solving to ensure the production task implemented on time, analyze and improve the machine breakdown root cause and re-occur, reduce the machine downtime.
3. 协助维修经理合理安排技术员的相关工作，技术员的技能提升；
 Assist manager to arrange the technician’s daily work and skill improvement.
4. 设备的软硬件台账管理，备件管理；
Responsible for equipment software/hardware/spare parts management.
5. 制定PM/TPM计划，确保计划的顺利执行；
Responsible for PM/TPM’s plan, ensure the smooth implementation of PM/TPM work.
6. 负责配合进行过程质量问题的分析；
Responsible for process quality issue improvement related on machine or equipment.
7. 负责由于过程改进、产品升级、质量、安全等原因的设备升级改善；
Responsible for equipment improvement by process, product, quality, safety.
8. 完成上级领导交办的其他相关事宜。
    Finish other works assigned by leader.
要求
Requirements
1． 制造业三年以上设备维修相关工作经验；
Have 3 years equipment maintenance working experience in Manufacturing.
2． 熟悉西门子PLC（S7-300），TP700的程序编写与维护；
Familiar with Siemens PLC (S7-300), TP700 programming and maintenance.
3． 有制定设备保养计划、备件安全库存相关经验；
Have equipment maintenance plan and spare parts safety stock related experience.
4． 对TPM有系统的了解,并有相应实施经验。
