职位描述：
Responsibilities:
负责模拟电路测试程序开发。
- Be responsible for developing and implementing automated production test solutions for power management IC;
具备与designer沟通的能力。
- Working with designers on the design for test during the silicon design stage.
设计和制作测试治具以及开发测试程序。
- Design the ATE evaluation hardware and develop the software.
负责产品的导入及正常量产。
- Directly cooperate with manufacturing on the test program transferring to release product on time.
帮助生产提高产品测试能力，提高测试生产效率。
- Be responsible to enhance the product manufacturability and testability in the highly creative engineering environment.
团队管理，人才建设。
- Team building and talent training and development.


岗位要求
Job Requirements
教育背景
Education Background
大学本科或以上学历，电子/电气工程、半导体器件物理及相关专业
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor related

工作经验
Working Experience
至少8年Analog 测试相关工作经验，3年管理经验
- Minimum of 8 years experience in analog test and 3 years management experience;

培训经历
Training Experience
集成电路、半导体封装测试流程相关培训
- IC product and semiconductor assembly and test process related.

专业技能
Specialized Skill
熟悉模拟、数字芯片电路及产品知识
- Proven knowledge of electronic circuits and IC product engineering knowledge required.
良好的项目管理和沟通能力
- Good project management and communication skill.
熟悉半导体工艺流程及半导体物理者优先
- Knowledge of analog IC manufacturing process and physics of semiconductor are a plus.
