职位要求
十年以上设计行业项目管理／业务总监工作经验（可以是平面设计，室内设计，建筑设计，品牌策划或广告设计等设计行业）。
具备从业务拓展、合同签订、设计管理、品质把控以及款项回收等，全程项目管理经验。
出色的业务拓展能力与商务谈判能力。
流利的口语及书写能力（普通话及英语）。
具有较强的沟通能力，思维活跃，拥有团队综合协调管理能力。能在时间节点的压力下灵活应对同步进行的项目，合理安排好各项工作。
对设计富有浓厚兴趣，并具备出色的时间管理能力。
熟练操作MAC系统及相关软件。

职位描述
具备出色的业务拓展能力，建立并维护好客户关系。
拥有良好的演讲技巧，协同设计负责人参与会议，提供翻译并理解客户的评论、反馈，积极推动项目发展。
敏锐的项目价值评估能力，能独立完成报价及合同等文件，跟进商务谈判，最终落实合同签订。
接洽潜在客户，很好地向客户介绍公司业务。
与项目经理通力合作，确保满足客户要求。
与客户聘请的其他合作方协同合作，把控整体项目进度。
出席各类商务餐会与活动，建立良好的商务关系，挖掘并培养新的商机。
管理并推动每个项目实现高效的生产力。

POSITION Account Director
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
10+ years project management/account director experience in a relevant design industry (it could be graphic, interior, architecture, branding, advertising, etc).
Previous managing experience including business development, design management, client relationship management, contract approval, quality control and payment collection.
Strong business negotiation skills and business development.
Fluent speaking and writing in both Mandarin and English.
Strong communication skills, active thinker and comprehensive capability of team management. Be able to juggle simultaneous projects and tasks under time pressure.
Possess a real interest in design with excellent time management capability.
Familiar with Apple computer software.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Have excellent business development skills and the ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships
Good presentation skill alongside the design leader, translating if required and comprehending client’s comments, feedback and pushing the project forward
Good sense of project value and able to prepare estimates and contracts, follow up the contract negotiations and fulfil the signed contract
Be able to meet prospective clients and present the sales credentials well
Collaborate with the team project managers to ensure client expectation is met
Working with other client partner companies to control master schedules
Attend client lunches, dinners and networking opportunities to farm new work
Driving productivity for each project under management.
