Business Overview:

Huadian GE Aero Gas Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. (HDGE) is a new built-up joint venture between China Huadian (CHD), a leading Chinese power producer and General Electric (GE) Aeroderivative Energy with investment 100-million US Dollar to develop aeroderivative gas turbine power plants, serving the distributed energy combined heat and power market in Asia. The business will develop and produce GE LM aeroderivative gas turbine generator units in Xin Zhuang Industry Park, Min Hang District, Shanghai, China.

GE’s aeroderivative business, headquartered in Houston, Texas, brings power to consumers by modifying highly reliable GE aviation engines to burn natural gas or biofuels to create energy. These power generation units range from 18-100 megawatts and represent the future of efficient and cleaner power generation. The highly flexible jet engine-based technology helps energy companies take advantage of the growing trend to use abundant, cleaner-burning natural gas for power generation.

China Huadian Corporation, China’s leading power producer and a wholly state-owned enterprise, was established in late 2002 and has a registered capital of RMB 12 billion. CHD's primary businesses are generation and distribution of electricity and thermal energy, development of fossil fuel technologies, and development of clean energy technologies.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

The Materials Handler will report to Warehouse Leader, and execute the receiving, issuing, shipping process in support of the production, materials, sourcing & finance department of the HDGE business in China.

1.In charge of daily work of receiving, issuing, stock ID.

负责仓库日常物料的收货、发料、入库及库位管理工作；

2.In charge of data input into Oracle system.

负责日常进出库物料数据在系统里输入；

3.In charge of the physical count.

根据公司要求对物料进行盘点、对账；

4.Filing documents according to the policy.

负责相关单证的保管与存档；

5.According to the MO to release materials to product line. Make issuing plan, keep good communication with the departments of Planner, Sourcing, Quality, MFG.

根据生产线的需求发放物料，并及时与计划、采购、质量、车间等部门协调，保证生产顺利；

6.Supporting MFG & Quality team to fix materials problems.

协助生产线解决生产过程中发现的原材料差异问题，保证库存和订单准确。

7.Execute 5S warehouse management.

按照5S标准，保持仓库的整洁、有序；

8.Further tasks not involved in this Job Description, but assigned by direct warehouse Leader & Manager verbally or in writing.

能完成本JD以外由直接主管和经理交付的工作任务；

9.Execute of EHS policy and procedures.

按照规定执行公司EHS要求。

任职要求：

1.High school, polytechnic school or above, logistics major is preferred.

高中、中专及以上学历，物流仓储类相关专业优先；

2.3+ years’ experience with warehouse operation.

3年以上相关领域实际业务操作经验；

3.Familiar with warehouse In/Out procedure.

熟悉仓库进出货操作流程，具备物资保管专业知识和技能；

4.Ability to communicate well and work with others, Motivated to learn new things/jobs

具备很好的沟通与协作能力, 积极主动，乐于学习新的工作技能；

5.High Flexibility and able to work by shift & overtime as required

灵活工作并能适应倒班的要求, 能够按需要加班；

6.Basic computer skills (Windows, word, Excel, etc.)

熟悉电脑操作( 操作系统，word, excel 等)

7.Master of ERP system is preferred

熟悉ERP系统者优先考虑
