1、负责指导客户经理与客户之间的有效沟通，从而维护客户关系；
2、负责团队培训，管理，激励，协调；
3、深入了解市场信息，建立有效的信息系统与渠道,针对不同情况制定解决方案；
4、建立和完善销售制度及激励制度，提高团队战斗力，节约成本，优化资源；
5、协调其他部门工作，整合资源，提高销售优势，提升公司影响力。
1、5年以上全媒体销售经验，全面涉及新媒体为佳；
2、熟悉全国各类媒体，具备媒体专业知识，了解媒体和4A公司运作模式；
3、良好的职业形象，出色的沟通能力，强大的开拓精神；
4、有良好大客户资源优先考虑；
