职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
· Guide developers, assist or review technical design and source code (font-end and back-end)
· Coordinate with architects to create technical standard and process
· Production issue investigation
· Daily Support (General system enquiry support, Production change request, Regular system maintenance)
· Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirement:
· 5+ years’ working experience in Java web development;
· Deep understanding on JEE, especially JDBC/JMS/Servlet/JSP/NIO;
· 1+ year's development experience on Hippo CMS (Mandatory)
· Solid knowledge and experience of Spring/MyBatis;
· Good at HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JQuery/AngularJS;
· Familiar with Nginx/Apache Web Server, Tomcat, Redis;
· 2+ year’s database and SQL experience (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server and etc.);
· Familiar with Object Orientated Design and development skills;
· Familiar with JAVA development on Linux OS;
· Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
· Good understanding of TCP/HTTP
· Desire to learn new technologies;
· Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
· Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
· Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Mandatory);
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
· Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;

Preferred:
· Experience of development on MS Azure cloud;
· Experience of Solr search engine;
· Experience of HA design or load balance;
