Key responsibilities:
1. Draft / review contracts and other legal documents with minimum supervision
2. Legal due diligence and M&A related work
3. Advise on FDI and handle RO, WFOE, FICE and JV incorporation
4. Litigation and arbitration work (commercial, employment)
5. Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate and labor law related matters
6. Other work as assigned
 
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel
2. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review contracts and other legal documents
3. Working experience for international clients in FDI, M&A, commercial contracts and/or litigation
4. Team player
5. LLB or LLM
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
