MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To Assist China BD Director in rolling out &/ or executing marketing plans and strategies that are aligned to Boardroom’s overall strategic business objectives and direction locally and regionally:
1. Assist in all on-going client engagement activities.
2. Monitor and collate data on competitors’ current marketing activities and developments, trends, pricing and product offerings.
3. Identifying potential clients and market segmentations.
4. Research online/offline leads generation to acquire leads for sales conversion in order to grow existing customer base.
5. Work with HQ China Desk and collaborate with other Boardroom regional offices to generate leads.
6. Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effective and relevant product launches.
7.Organize, communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, product launches and marketing activities / campaigns such as focus group seminars, trade shows, product training.
8. Work with other BD colleagues and/or BU Heads and/or Branch Managers in generating more potential assignments from existing pool of customers.
9. Work with HR/Training colleagues on internal orientation program for newly recruited staff and enhancing BD related soft skills for managers.
10. Assist in the production and maintenance of marketing materials in alignment with HQ.
11. Other ad-hoc duties as specified by BD Director, China.
12. Set good examples and behave professionally according to role, rank and responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years relevant working experience
Experience in the accounting & finance related industry is an added advantage
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
