职位描述：
>The Project Manager – is involved with the planning, coordination, logistic, control of production and installation processes of the Projects. You ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and highest level of quality, keeping a track of the order as QTYS, specs, schedule, ETC, shipment and dates. To ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work. You should look after every detail of the project, including: arranging project schedule, solving technical issues, briefing and management of vendors, identify the resources needed and prepare a budget plan.  

>You will report to the Head of Creative and Production, ensuring best quality from start to finish. You will be working closely with accounts, managers, logistics, purchasing and supply chain, managing multiple projects: from production to installation developing and preserving the relationships with the clients, partners and vendors.  

> Desired Skills and Experience:  
 -   At least 6 years relevant working experience in design, architectural, advertising & communication or  visual merchandising fields. -   Good knowledge of materials: especially wood, paint, acrylic, glass and metal.
-   Excellent management skills.
-   To be familiar with the manufacturing processes machinery/processes tolerances and to focus on finishing quality.
-   Excellent communication, client servicing, planning and contract management skills.
-   Being responsible, well-organized, logic thinking, professional, flexible and client-focused person.
-   Good negotiation and multitasking skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure.
-   Chinese mother tongue.
-   Good English communication (verbal and written) skills.
-   Excellent informatics skills in CAD and Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 举报 分享
