岗位职责：
1、拥有固定客户和固定销售渠道，能在自身销售领域直接开展销售工作的高级外销人员；

2、负责公司的业务拓展、销售运作，能强有力的将计划转变成结果；
3、收集市场信息，制定年销售计划，设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划；
4、建立和管理销售队伍，规范销售流程，开发客户资源，寻找潜在客户，完成销售目标；
5、分析新的和原有分销体系或销售渠道的市场潜力、销售数据和费用，测算盈亏情况；
6、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议；
7、掌握市场动态，为公司的发展提供建设性建议，关注于维护和提高公司市场竞争力；
（或在太阳能、钢材及在其他领域（已有固定客户源）等有突出工作经验者，公司将给予一定的创业平台！ ）


任职资格
1、大学专科及以上学历，能熟练使用一门外语者优先；
2、有5年以上销售工作经验，在自身销售领域拥有固定客户群者优先；
3、具有独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力；
4、具备较强的销售技巧及销售经验，市场营销经验及渠道拓展经验；
5、身心健康，有事业心，乐观豁达，思维敏锐，富有开拓创新精神；
6、具有较强的沟通能力，组织、协调能力和团队管理能力，可承受一定工作压力。
