职位描述：
资深项目建筑师作为项目小组里的主要设计师应独立完成全部分配的工作任务，包括竞赛项目，方案及扩初文件的设计。资深项目建筑师在项目负责人的指导下能独立地解决技术和设计上的问题。作为项目小组的一员，能从概念设计草图，到工作模型制作最后到汇报文件的文字撰写都承担相应的工作责任。

任职资格：
-建筑学本科或硕士学历以上；
-至少有5-8年工作经验；
-能带领团队合作并管理项目的能力；
-根据指导，辅助完成项目的概念方案设计；
-在指导下协助准备项目方案/概念设计阶段所需材料；
-精通auto CAD, 会使用Revit, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, illustrator, Microsoft office；
-凡申请该职位者需递交设计作品。

对外籍项目建筑师的附加要求：

-至少在中国两年的工作经验；
-对中国文化及传统观念有浓厚的兴趣；
-能耐心指导并和中方员工共事；
-有出差的要求。

对中方项目建筑师的附加要求：

-能用英文交流；
-能接受新观点及工作步骤；
-与外籍（项目）设计师有意愿且有能力合作；
-熟悉扩出阶段及施工图设计阶段的工作；
-优先考虑注册建筑师；
-有出差的要求。

The Senior Project Architect　acts as a main designer in the project team and works independently to complete assigned tasks. Primary duties will be competition designs, generating schematic and design development documents. The Senior Project Architect is able to develop technical/design issues independently, guided by the Project Manager. As a part of the project team, be involved from preliminary design sketches, working models up to creating texts and presentations.

experience / skills:
 
_Bachelor Degree in Architecture
_min. 5 to 8 years experience
_ability to lead and manage projects as well as to work as part of a collaborative team
_assists with/or prepare elements of projects schematic/conceptual designs, under direction
_prepare required layouts, sketches and space plans necessary to convey design intent
_ability to work with autoCAD, evit, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, illustrator, microsoft office
_prospective candidate should submit samples of design work for qualification

additional requirements for foreign project architects:

_min. 2 years experience in china
_sincere interest in chinese culture and traditions
_patience in training and working with chinese colleagues
_successful candidates may be required to go on business trips

additional requirements for chinese project architects:

_ability to communicate in English
_open to new ideas and working procedures
_willing and ability to work with foreign (project) architects
_solid experience in dd and cd documents
_registered architects preferred
_successful candidates may be required to go on business trips
